    As we know more and more customers are surfing the internet at home and choosing to make contact with you in their own time, this is usually outside your normal opening hours. Our virtual dealership team will manage all incoming enquiries, whether they be for sales, service or parts, in a professional way helping your customer with their enquiry, between the hours of 6.00am to 9.00am and 6.00pm to midnight.

    More importantly we will start a meaningful conversation with the customer not just taking their name and number, by engaging the customer and starting the relationship with you as a dealer, dealer group or brand. Where possible we will steer the sales focused conversation with the aim of capturing as much customer data as possible and to book a test drive or dealer visit, service booking or details for a parts sale, if appropriate.

    The team will communicate with your dealer management team daily by phone or email, to keep them up to speed with each enquiry.

Qualified We will have had a professional chat with a customer and engaged in a sales conversation on email or with Live Chat, however we have been unable to secure an appointed call back or dealership visit. This information will be forwarded to your team for them to pursue. If we have sufficient customer information the enquiry and notes will be loaded into your CRM/Showroom tool (permissions providing).
Contact Appointment We have had a professional chat with a customer through email or Live Chat and agreed that a member of the dealership sales, service or parts team will call to discuss their needs further. The enquiry and notes will be loaded into your CRM/Showroom tool (permissions providing).
Showroom Appointment We have replied to the enquiry on email or had a conversation on Live Chat and have arranged for the customer to visit the dealership to discuss their needs and or take a test drive. The appointment and notes will be loaded into your CRM/Showroom tool (permissions providing).
